my energy
is the project I’ve created and developed in MIT Mastering Design Thinking class with a team of 5 people.
MY ROLE IN THE PROJECT
In the project, I worked with four people, luckily the we all had different backgrounds and professions. I was the only designer, and took charge of research, flow and designs when my team mates working in depth for business case, technical possibilities and project development.
USERS
For the user group, we’ve come up two category and subdivisions, one side being end customer and the other is the business partners and support team.
STAKEHOLDERS
Giving project has two type of users, some of the stakeholders were going into both user and stakeholder bucket.
PERSONA
Since we’ve decided the user group it was the time to do user interviews. We did series of user interviews in different focus groups and divided these groups into three groups, lead, extreme, advance and average and ask their perception, needs, problems, ideas and use cases.
NEEDS
Understanding the problem without thinking any solution yet is always a hard practice, yet maybe the first time in all those years I’ve try hard to educate myself with this project not to think any solution when trying to understand problem. And it payed off! We come up as unbiased as possible list of need from our focus group.
